I use evidence-based interventions and an individualized, trauma-informed approach to meet your needs. Together we will explore what is causing your struggles to gain insight and understanding. We will work on effective, long-lasting strategies for coping with present and future concerns, so you can take steps toward living a full and emotionally healthy life.
